All our dishes are cooked from fresh, using locally sourced ingredients. Many of the dishes on the menu are based on food from 1902 however most dishes can be adapted on request.

Hudson's Restaurant

The Sandhurst Hotel and Hudson's Restaurant has been restored to its former Edwardian glory by Steve and Rowena Moore who now own and run the business as a family concern.

Head Chef, Neil Jones, has worked in several top-class establishments and is ably assisted by Edwardian-costumed waitresses.
